Shipping Policy
MissGift.com gift baskets are shipped nationwide via UPS and in route every business day (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days). We guarantee you, the customer, to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them; orders received by 1:00 EST are usually processed the same day. We do apologize in that we do not ship internationally.- UPS Ground Shipping: Expect delivery within 5 -10 business days or less
- UPS 3-DAY Shipping: Expect delivery within 3 full business days
- UPS 2-DAY Shipping: Expect delivery within 2 full business days
- UPS Next DAY: Expect delivery within 1 full business day (not available in all zip codes)
- UPS Saturday Delivery: Saturday Delivery is available in certain areas
Proper delivery is insured when a recipients name and or company name is provided along with US street address and state including zip code, apartment, suite or department number as well as the company and individuals phone number. To avoid receiving errors we do not recommend or guarantee hospital deliveries. These shipments are delivered to a general receiving department and often cannot be located before a patient checks out. For optimal results, we recommend shipping packages directly to the patients home to secure proper delivery.
Please be sure to provide accurate shipping information, we advise all customers to contact the recipient before shipping to confirm the proper delivery address. We ask that you contact MissGift.com immediately if an error has been made in the shipping address once the order has been placed. If the order has not been shipped we will gladly make the appropriate changes. However, if the gift has been processed by UPS we cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages. Unfortunately, incorrect or outdated addresses result in lost and discarded packages. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO or foreign addresses. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, you then have the option of reshipping the same order to a new address and paying a new shipping charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
All damage claims and returns must be filed in e-mail within 3 business days of the gift being received, no exceptions.
If the gift is damaged, we will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However, if the gift cannot be call tagged then no credit or refund will be offered. This is due to the fact that we cannot verify the damages or make a claim with UPS without retrieving the gift.
If the gift is not wanted or you are not fully satisfied you may ship it back to us at your own expense and receive partial and in some cases full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned.
